SalaryA new and exciting part time job opportunity has arisen! We are seeking an Academic Services Administrator to join a team in York on a temporary basis.
Job Title: Academic Services Administrator
Location: York
Hours: Part-time, 18.5 hours per week
Pay: £10.50 - £11.50 per hour
Responsibilities:
• Provide office and phone cover
• Support admissions activities
• Assist with budgetary processes such as PO’s and invoices
• Format documents, print, and provide invigilation support (where required) for examinations
• Plan Presentation Day (with Curriculum)
• Administer Student Progress Meetings
• Conduct Auditing
Requirements:
• Good administration skills
• Experience in higher education is desirable but not essential
