- Customer account management
- Sourcing aircraft spares
- Liaising with supply chain to obtain quotations
- Building/maintaining relationships with our customers/supply chain
- Raising quotations to our customer base
- Data entry - updating the internal system with price/delivery info
- Assisting sales team with customer/supplier queries
Requirements
- Good administration abilities, planning and numeracy skills
- Confident using the telephone
- Be computer literate with high attention to detail
- Able to work independently to achieve key deadlines
- Proactive approach, with enthusiastic characteristics
- Experience in similar role within aerospace/procurement would be an advantage
- Office based - not remote so only local candidates to apply with office administration experience
Benefits: Axa PP Health Insurance, Government Pension scheme.
Hours: 8.30am - 17.00pm Mon/Fri - Salary £24,000-£28,000pa depending on experience.
The client is also open to considering a candidate with the right work ethic, attitude and personality to train into this position and is interested in getting into procurement / buying / aviation.
