Job description

Meridian Business Support are currently hiring a Administrator on behalf of our client based in Hawarden, who is a world leader in the development, design, manufacture, assembly, test and service, of specialised measurement and instrumentation, communication and safety systems for ship and other marine installations.
This position will pay £12.00 per hour.
Monday to Friday - 9:00am - 5:00pm  or   8:30am -4:30pm
Summary

Provide administrative support to the Production Staff
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: 
  • Executing Print Ranges using computer system multiple times per day as well as all printing and matching up all relative paperwork required with each order.
  • Statusing orders within computer systems
  • Administration/Managing of the Production Calendar/Schedules and coordinating with Production Management/Supervisors to meet customer or order requirements  
  • Liaison between Production and Sales on communicating order status and Production Commitments
  • Review and respond to daily expedite emails from sales/contracts and respond timely to their requests
  • Work in other areas as need to support Production Activities
