We are looking for an experienced Administrator to support our client with general administrative and office support duties on a part-time, temporary basis.
You will be based in the Bourne End office and will be required to work one full day or two half days per week.
The main duties within this role include:
- General administrative duties.
- Assisting the Book Keeper with book keeping tasks.
- Preparing, organising and storing information and documents.
- Arranging and scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Dealing with queries on the phone and by email.
The key skills and requirements for this role include:
- Previous administrative experience.
- Be organised, methodical and logical in approach to tasks.
- Previous experience of working with MS Office products, such as Outlook, Excel, Word.
- Have a can-do attitude, great attention to detail and take pride in work.
- Be able to communicate effectively.
