We are looking for an Administrator to work for our client based in Luton. This role will be working in an engineering environment.
Responsibilities: Administrator
- Matching supplier invoices.
- Data entry onto SAGE.
- Raising invoices for customers.
- Answering the telephone and taking down messages accordingly.
- Any other general admin jobs that need to be carried out.
Skills / Experience: Administrator
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience of using SAGE.
- Strong administration skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good computer skills and competent user of Microsoft Office.
