We are a well-established Recruitment company specialising in both temporary and permanent recruitment looking to recruit a Recruitment Resourcer to join our team. You will play a big role in supporting our operations team and sales team to provide the best possible service to our clients.
If you are passionate about recruitment, possess strong organizational skills, we want to hear from you.

Recruitment Resourcer Role

• Reach out to potential candidates via phone, email, or social media to inform them about job opportunities.
• Use various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and internal databases to identify potential candidates.
• Conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidates' skills and reliability.
• Maintain data on the CRM system.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates, even if they are not immediately suitable for current vacancies.
• Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create and schedule content for various social media platforms.

The Recruitment Consultant Package

• £24,000 per year.
• Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm.
