Duties
- Provide administrative support to the sales team
- Maintain and update customer databases.
- Booking transport
- Process sales orders and invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Produce commercial documents with commodity codes applicable to specific products.
- Respond to customer requirements and provide exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel (essential), Outlook)
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of CRM software is a plus
- Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role is advantageous
