As an Administrator at our Newcastle Hospital, you’ll bring a keen eye for detail, strong secretarial skills and great communication abilities. You’re proficient with Microsoft Office, comfortable working with numbers and you’re committed to providing our teams with the best level of support.
As an Experienced Customer Service Individual, you will have the following skills:
Previous experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment
Demonstrable ability to prioritise and organise a workload of changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent telephone Manner
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Good working knowledge of excel, word, and outlook
Excellent attention to detail
An understanding of the importance of policies and operating procedures
Be able to cover varied shifts (between Monday to Friday, 8 am to 8:30 pm and Saturdays, 8 am to 1 pm)

Located in Jesmond; you will be working at one of the north easts leading private hospitals, with a Good CQC rating, we have 27 en-suite private bedrooms, 3 state-of-the-art operating theatres, a dedicated breast care unit. We offer on-site pathology services and diagnostic imaging including CT and MRI, to help patients after surgery we have on-site physiotherapy specialists. We have a special focus in the areas of orthopaedics, spinal surgery, ophthalmology, weight loss surgery and cosmetic treatment.
