SalaryAdecco Chester are currently recruiting for a Student Support Admin Assistant in Conwy, if you are an excellent administrator looking for work in the Conwy area we would love to speak to you.
Our client is conducts training for adults completing online course, students gain their qualification without worrying about giving up work, or incurring large student debt. They can study at home in their own time.
Pay: 11.79ph
Hours: Full time Mon - Fri 8.30 -4.30 leaving at 4:00 on Friday with 30 min lunch.
OR can be flexible for a candidate to work 5 hours per day around school hours.
Temp for 4 weeks - could be extended.
Desired Skills: Looking for minimum experience of one previous role in a customer serving office role and familiarity with computer systems
What will you be doing?
Working with a small and friendly team on site supporting the students, solving problems for customers via phone and email and online messaging service
You will be trouble shooting and supporting learners who have entered a 12 month program with our client.
Training is given for role
General admin duties such as scheduling post, emails
Interviews can be conducted via teams or face to face
Parking on site
