Main Duties and Responsibilities
Reporting to the Admin Team leader, you will provide additional secretarial support to practice staff and assist the Partners as required. You will be primarily responsible for recording and onboarding new clients and maintaining letters of engagement and other CRM software.
Your working week will vary according to the needs of each department and generally help to maintain the smooth operation of the London office.
Duties
- General Administration duties i.e. setting up new files and making amendments for clients, scanning/uploading.
- Onboarding new clients via Salesforce (full training will be given).
- Requesting Confirmation.com bank letters on behalf of practice staff.
- Access to Document Warehouse database; ordering files and arranging collections for files to be archived.
- Setting up meeting rooms when required.
- Managing diaries and making appointments.
- Preparing and distributing papers and documents for meetings.
- Assisting with any ad hoc duties as required.
- Assisting the tax department with monthly reports.
- Responsible for the ordering and maintaining stationery.
