SalaryAn Administrator is required to join a small manufacturing business in the Wednesbury area. An office-based role, working Monday - Friday, with hours to be mutually agreed between 30 and 37.5 hours per week.
As the Administrator you will be -
- Sales order processing and management
- Raising PO numbers
- Handling incoming calls and queries
- Producing invoices, handling invoice and order queries
- Liaising with production, ensuring orders will be completed on time
- Completing associated transport administration
- Stock management, stationery management and monitoring of health & safety procedures
- Using Excel daily, including VLookUps
- Supporting in general administration as required
Ideally for this role you will have experience of -
- Working for a manufacturing/engineering company
- Excellent Microsoft Excel experience, including VLookUps
- Any prior experience with Xero would be beneficial
- Confident ability to work alone and manage workload independently
- Excellent communication skills

- Hours of work of Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm (flexible to work part-time approx. 30 hours per week)

- Paying GBP11.50 - 13.00p/h
