You will book/manage client annual review meetings for the Financial Advisors.
This role does not require industry experience, the essential skill is a professional telephone manner and organisational skills for diary management.
Duties include:
- Liaise with clients via phone and email to book in annual review meetings
- Update and manage each Financial Advisors diary
- Send confirmation letters to clients
- Make up and maintain compliant files
