Our client is a specialist Engineering company looking for an experienced administrator to complete a short term (6-8 weeks) temporary role starting next week in Bristol.
The offices are in St George (BS5) and the Shifts are Mon - Thurs 7:30 - 4 and Friday 7:30 - 12:30
We are looking for someone with excellent attention to detail and some excel experience to come and work in a friendly and professional office environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing documents
- General administration duties to support the team
- Upholding high standards of confidentiality and privacy
You will have:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Keen attention to detail
- IT skills (MS Packages and Excel)
