A leading company in their sector are seeking an Administrator to join them on a 12 month FTC. Located near Thame, this company offers the opportunity to join a friendly, welcoming and hard-working team.
Your new role
As the Administrator, you will be responsible for:
- Place and manage POs on behalf of Sales Team.
- Log Contracts on relevant system(s).
- Process delivery notes.
- Advise Sales Team & FD of prices change to ensure effective cost control.
- Keep systems up to date with all transactions.
- Produce End of Day Report (EODR) - including daily update from suppliers regarding delivery dates.
- Update the consignment stock lists.
- Back Up Tasks in PA absence:
- Log Engineer Service visits on system(s)
- Process Engineer sign off sheets.
- Sign off customer jobs (following training from PA).
- Chase supplier invoices/credit notes and for delivery information for sales transactions.
- Update customer Order Acknowledgement with equipment serial numbers and date on warranty.
- Manage the shared 'orders' inbox - Providing customers, suppliers and Sales team with support where required.
This position is fully office based. Working hours are 08:30 - 17:00 Monday to Thursday, 08:30 - 16:00 on Friday with 1 hour for lunch.
What you\'ll need to succeed
In order to be successful in applying for the position of Administrator, you will:
- Have previous experience in Administration duties
- Be confident using MS Office packages, especially Outlook
- Ideally, have experience in a similar role
- Be willing to learn and organised
- Have a full driving licence and access to a car as the location is difficult to get to on public transport
