Our client is a multi-disciplined, civil engineering and utility contractor operating nationally, providing a range of utility and civil engineering services including multi-utilities. Admin support administrators are responsible for several functions in the organisation, but their main responsibilities will be:
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Data entry, retrieval and database maintenance
- Filling and archiving
- Creating and managing documents, spreadsheets and presentations
- Compiling reports
- Photocopying, scanning and filing
- Scheduling meetings
- Problem Solving
- Invoice Signing off
- Assisting with damage invoicing
Skills Required and Experience:
- Confident and friendly telephone manner
- Ability to thrive under pressure
- Good organisation skills
- Attention to detail
- Key Relationships
- Confident with Microsoft Offiice - Excel, Word and Outlook
- Previous experience in administration is essential
- Experience in Fleet/Plant Hire sector would be an advantage.
