We are looking for a committed, enthusiastic, hard-working individual who has a passion for customer service and experience of working in an Administrator Receptionist role.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a busy local neighbourhood centre.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a reception type environment with a high level of commitment to quality customer care.
The successful candidate will be required to:
• Provide a front of house function at Bentilee Neighbourhood Centre on behalf of both the City Council and the NHS.
• Manage the booking of conference and meeting rooms.
• To provide clerical support for the wider PFI Team.
