Job Role:Front of House Receptionist

Hours: 8.30am - 5.00pm OR 10.00am - 4.00pm on Sundays

Pay rate: £85.80 per day (based on 7.5 hours)

Location: Stafford

We are actively looking for a highly professional and well-presented individual to work for a luxury car dealership in Stoke-on-Trent. As the receptionist, you'll work within a prestigious showroom, take the time to talk to customers, build a genuine rapport and ensure a smooth and efficient introduction to the sales team. You'll focus on delivering industry leading standards of customer care and satisfaction at all times.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Meeting and greeting customers / visitors
• Taking inbound telephone calls and re-directing calls
• Addressing complaints and handling other front desk duties
• Welcoming customers to the dealership making sure that they are assisted in a caring and pleasant manner
• Light administrative tasks

Skills / Requirements:

• Approachable, eager to help both staff and clients
• Reception / office-based experience
• Self-motivated & pro-active
• Able to multitask, prioritise and work under pressure
• Excellent time keeping
• Must have a 'can do' attitude
