Job description

As an Apprentice Sales Advisor at Baker Estates, you will be an integral part of our sales team, supporting our efforts to promote and sell residential properties. You will have the opportunity to learn and develop your sales skills while gaining a deep understanding of the real estate market. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Customer Engagement: Assist customers in their property search by providing excellent customer service, answering inquiries, and guiding them through the sales process.
Property Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of Baker Estates' properties, including their features, pricing, and available options, to effectively inform and advise customers.
Sales Support: Work closely with experienced Sales Advisors to facilitate property viewings, prepare marketing materials, and help with administrative tasks related to the sales process.
Communication: Maintain effective and professional communication with clients, colleagues, and management through various channels, such as phone, email, and in-person meetings.
Documentation: Assist in the preparation and maintenance of sales contracts, agreements, and other essential documents, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and the local real estate market to provide valuable insights to potential buyers.
Training
One day a week (during term time) at Exeter College working towards a Level 3 Business Administration
Qualifications required
Maths and English GCSE C/4 (or equivalent qualification)
Skills required
Basic computer skills
Strong communication skills
Positive can-do attitude
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Prospects
As you gain experience and demonstrate your sales and customer service skills, you may have the opportunity to advance within the company. This could include promotions to roles such as Sales Advisor, Senior Sales Advisor, or even management positions.
