An esteemed UK Utilities company situated in St Mary Cray urgently seeks an Administrator to integrate into their team on a temporary ongoing basis.
Responsibilities:
- Data entry
- Dealing with customer complaints and enquires
- Planning Engineers, medical, training, stand-by patterns
- Raising Work Orders and Purchase orders
- Dealing with invoices
- Communicating to customers via letters emails and phone
- Ad-Hoc reports and enquiries when required
Ideal candidate:
- Proficiency in MS Excel, including pivot tables and data entry advantageous not essential
- Experience/knowledge using/managing spreadsheets desirable
- Confident working to tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Proactive, reliable and hard-working
- Enjoy working in a team but also alone
