ADMINISTRATOR (DISPATCH TEAM)

This employer is a very successful niche travel company who have a 1st class reputation founded on professionalism, high levels of client relations and the quality of their products and service.
The Company currently provides bespoke and specialised packages to discerning customers from all over the world and currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Dispatch Administrator to join the team.
The role -
In this permanent full time position the hired person will perform a range of duties to include.
Administration of and fulfilling/dispatching client orders;
Liaising with clients to facilitate requests specific to their orders;
Preparation and maintenance of key files/data related to weekly events;
Answering calls/emails from staff/clients/suppliers relating to order allocations;
Processing client payments;
Assisting with the maintenance/updating of information on a bespoke client booking system;
Ability to travel for company needs when necessary;
Other day to day ah-hoc administrative duties.
What we are looking for
The Ideal Candidate will ideally have 2+ years experience in a similar role and a 3rd level qual. and strong numerical ability/mental arithmetic.
You will be highly organised, diligent & methodical in application of duties and highly competent with all aspects of the Microsoft Office Suite and have a Full clean EU/UK driving licence and ideally your own transport.
Ideally you will be available when required to travel overseas (to attend/host company events).

Other important info
Starting Salary €28,000;
Full time hours Mon-Fri 9-5 flexibility required.
