This role will work across both the Sale & Warrington offices and therefore a driver with their own transport is required!
They are now looking to appoint an Administrator who will work alongside and support a small team of Independent Financial Advisers, supporting the delivery of flawless administrative services to provide a singularly brilliant client experience. The successful candidate will have a positive attitude towards change and improvement in both personal and team delivery, alongside an appetite to learn.

Duties and Responsibilities:
o Efficiently process all administration relating to new/existing business and servicing queries
o Liaising with providers and the wider business to request information, as necessary
o Producing valuations and preparing client packs in advance of client meetings
o Preparing suitability letters
o Analyse and action the results of reports
o Respond to written and telephone enquiries from clients and providers
o Maintain client records within the back-office system in an orderly and comprehensive manner
o Ensuring all required documentation is always on file
o Ensuring all meeting follow-up work is completed within agreed timescales
o Working within compliance framework.
Ideally candidates will have worked within Financial Services such as an IFA Firm of a Provider / Bank, however those from an Accountancy, Estate Agency or Legal Firm will also be considered.
