Our Client, a well-established Wealth Management Practice with a credible name in the market now have an excellent opportunity for an Administrator to join their team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join a thriving and successful company and become part of a unique and ambitious team. You will often be the first point of contact for clients (both in the office and on the telephone) and your presentation and telephone manner and ability to put people at ease is paramount.
You will be involved in all the back-office requirements of the business supporting two financial planners with:
" Diary management - including booking appointments / meeting and greeting clients / preparing meeting rooms.
" Scanning and filing
" Client file preparation - Obtaining valuations and updating files upon meeting completion.
" Fact Find - inputting details.
" Send out Letters of Authority and following up as required.
" Onboarding clients onto the digital client portal
" Business processing
" Handling client queries and fund withdrawals
" Reception Cover
" Day to day use and management of the two CRM databases along with other IT systems.
" Any other additional duties as required.
Ideally the successful candidate will have the knowledge to undertake this role, but training can be given in all areas if needed. You do need enthusiasm, a 'can-do' attitude and be a great team player. You will have the opportunity to progress within our clients career development framework as well as studying towards professional qualifications.
Experience, Skills & Personal Attributes:
" Proven work experience as an administrator - financial services experience is desirable but not essential.
" Excellent communication skills - you must be confident in dealing with clients and third-party providers.
" Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask and work to deadlines.
" Excellent time management and planning skills
" Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office Programmes.
" Ability to work under pressure in a busy office.
