Financial Planning Administrator

Eventus Recruitment are seeking an experienced Financial Planning Administrator to join a successful IFA / Financial Planning business based in South Manchester / Cheshire. Role Responsibilities:

The incoming Financial Planning Administratorwill have previous experience working in an IFA Practice / Financial Planning Firm and will ideally have some pensions knowledge at an administrative level. Key tasks will include:

• Assisting the Financial Planners and Paraplanners with client support and administration
• Offer preparation support for client meeting prep, client enquiries, fund switches, Valuations, and new business.
• Third party liaison
• Ensuring high standards are met.

Person Specification

The successful Financial Planning Administrator will be competent with using various software packages. You will also have:

• A willingness to study towards a financial qualification - paid for by company (not essential but this employer loves to develop their staff so that they can enhance their careers)
• Good understanding and knowledge of liaising with providers and clients.
• Experience and competence of using various industry software packages.
• Work well under pressure and ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate and work well within a team.
