Our client is a respected trade association looking to hire an Admin Coordinator to join their team in London. This is the perfect opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career while working for a great company. This role is best suited to someone who is naturally organised and a keen planner with excellent interpersonal skills.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
As the Admin Coordinator you will provide administrative support to a team of contractors and the Head of Delivery.
  • Schedule all client meetings and allocate appropriate contractors for each project
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation for inspections
  • Assist with preparation of the completion reports
  • Act as the main point of contact between client and contractors
  • Liaise with the government bodies when necessary
WHO YOU ARE
As the Administrative Coordinator you will need to be a proactive, independent thinker who can use their initiative to complete tasks. You must be able to react quickly and solve problems effectively and efficiently when they arise.
  • At least 1 year of experience in an admin role is required
  • Degree level education achieved
  • Demonstrable experience delivering on projects, working closely with stakeholders and handling complaints
  • A flexible, self starter with excellent communication skills
  • A confident people person
