The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the Advisers and Para-Planners, ensuring the smooth operation of our financial services department. If you have a minimum of 2 years of experience in financial services and are proficient with Intelligent Office, we encourage you to apply!
What the role involves
- Working closely with the Advisers and Para-Planners within the Financial Services Team
- Preparing Valuation Reports and packs for annual review meetings
- Processing Fund Switches, Withdrawals and New Business
- Distributing Mail daily
- Collating plan/policy information from Providers
- Dealing with queries from our Tax Department on client's investments/pensions etc
- Income and Fees Reconciliation
- Experience on several provider platforms
