Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Administrator to join a Drug & Alcohol Recovery Charity on an initial 3-month temporary contract. This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Acting as a first point of contact for clients and visitors to the service to coordinate timely responses to enquiries made via telephone and email
- Booking patients into assessment appointments and signposting to Recovery Practitioners
- Maintaining and monitoring internal systems with confidential information
- Updating electronic and manual appointment systems using referral information
- Booking rooms, meetings, and training events as requested
- Attending meetings and taking notes when required
Requirements:
- Previous experience of working as an Administrator, ideally within a health care setting
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook Office programmes
- Experience of working with electronic monitoring and recording systems
