Berry Recruitment Darlington are currently recruiting for Logistic assistants within the Ambient department for one of our long standing clients, Aldi regional distribution centre.

Temporary to Permanent role, twelve week probation period through the agency.

Shifts will begin at 5.30am and you will have a flexible finish time, you will work between six and eight hours.

Pay rate is £11.18 hour, paid weekly for your first twelve weeks.

The role involves pallet checking and repacking pallets when things are not correct. You will be liaising with the Ambient pickers,to set them up for their shifts and to help with any other tasks. The role also involves moving the picked stock from the dispatch lanes into the HGV's.

You will be inputting information into the database so must be computer literate.

This role is a split between warehousing and administration.

Previous admin experience is preferred.

In this role,you will be working alternative weekends.

*If successful, on the first day of your structured training a substance test for drugs and alcohol will be completed*
