Job Title: Administrator
Salary: £30,000-36,000 depending on experience
Location: Newmarket
Term: Permanent

The role of Administrator:

• Working as the righthand person to the Managing Director
• Processing sales orders and enquiries efficiently
• Coordinating quotes and sample requests promptly and accurately
• Answering incoming calls and dealing with any queries
• Conduct customer reviews to gather feedback and enhance the service
• Updating the customer records on the CRM
• Regularly report activity results to the Managing Director and actively participate in meetings
• Attend and contribute to scheduled sales meetings and training sessions

Experience Required for the Administrator vacancy:

• Previous experience in a similar administrative role is essential
• You must be dynamic and a self- starter
• Ability to work directly with the Managing Director and other key stakeholders
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong computer skills including MS Office and CRMs

The Salary for the Administrator vacancy:
£30,000- £36,000 basic salary, full time office based
