We are on the lookout for an Administrator to join our processing team here at Right Fuel card!
We are looking for a person that has a keen eye for detail, able to manage their time effectively and working as part of a team to ensure all processes are followed to complete tasks. Communication is key to this role, having to contact relevant departments to discuss any anomalies or delays.
A bit about what you'll be doing
- Collate received cards and send to customers.
- Set up new customer accounts.
- Order and cancel customer cards from a variety of suppliers.
- Daily importing of supplier transaction files.
- Raise, email, and send invoices to customers.
- Update the system and send weekly price notifications to customers.
- Answer queries from other departments, investigating any discrepancies immediately.
- Manage all back-office processes for the business.
- Daily management of the Operations email inbox including filing and circulating key emails to relevant staff.
- Act as the first point of contact for suppliers and the wider team, managing any queries in a polite and helpful manner.
