My client is a leading distributor who is currently looking for an administrator to join the team on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will be joining a team and will be supporting the team.

KEY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES

* Organising outbound bookings - carrier collection bookings and customer delivery bookings
* Launching work into the DC, date management
* Working effectively with Order Prep, Replenishment and Flows.
* Managing consumables - monitor usage and replenish when necessary
* Dealing with customer queries

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

* The ability to problem solve and to demonstrate a logical approach to tasks
* A flexible approach to work tasks and working hours to meet the needs of the business
* Excellent people skills
* Good organisational skills and the ability to constantly prioritise work
* Attention to detail with high quality standards and excellent communication skills
* Comfortable with working autonomously and with high levels of initiative
* Basic experience with Excel and Outlook
