Reed are actively working on behalf of a charity who are urgently seeking to appoint two Administrators for a 3-month temporary contract on a full-time basis!
This role involves the post holder managing a central database that processes case referrals. This opportunity requires attention to detail, good communication and engagement skills, the ability to work under pressure and work with colleagues within a team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support, ensuring that staff and service users are supported through efficient processes.• Maintaining administer systems within specified timescales in order to prompt the achievement of team objectives.• Prepare, maintain and collate case and other records, files and management information in accordance with the standards required.• Receive and distribute information and communications in an appropriate manner.• Attend meetings as and when necessary.• Have strong communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of individuals.
