Job description

Due to continued growth we are currently working with a client who specialises in Multi-Utilities Services in the construction industry across Scotland and Northern England, as they seek to appoint an Administrator to join their team based in Cambuslang. As part of this your role, your responsibility will include the following:

  • General administration: paperwork, organising meetings, printing, photocopying, filing etc
  • Diary scheduling and management
  • Reception duties and minute taking
  • Processing purchase orders, updating plant registers, coordinating & updating training registers, processing timesheets, etc

This position requires initiative and excellent interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders

Skills/Experience:

  • You must have strong IT skills, with experience using Microsoft packages for example Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • You will be self-motivated and have a proactive approach
  • Candidates coming from a background within the Construction industry would be an advantage
