Your new company
We have an exciting role available for individuals who are looking to gain further Administration experience. We are working for a well-known Public-Sector organisation who work with all areas of society to prevent homelessness and promote well-being at home.
Your new role
You will be tasked with providing administrative support to the wider team, and help contribute to improving their administrative processes.
Key duties include:

  • Scanning of paper files
  • Scanning of employee documents
  • Uploading information on to internal systems
  • Running Audit reports
  • Updating and running checks on policies
  • Uploading references and right to work checks

What you\'ll need to succeed
In order to be considered for this position, you must have previous administration experience. You will also have good system\'s knowledge, including a basic level of experience with Excel. You will have great attention to detail, be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have strong organisational skills.
