My client, based in Swinton are going through an extremely exciting growth period and are looking for an Administrator to join their busy Administration Team on a permanent basis.
You will be working as part of a down to earth and friendly team. This is a full-time (40 hour week) opportunity, and will be full-time office based.
This role will suit someone with previous office admin experience.
Duties will include:
- Managing and responding to correspondence received externally and internally, including phone calls and emails
- Assisting with weekly and monthly tasks to meet deadlines for their contracted business portfolio
- Assisting with monthly reports to meet deadlines for their contracted business portfolio
- Assisting with closing off both weeks and month end to meet both external and internal deadlines, including contacting contractors to chase up any missing information - ensuring KPIs are successfully met at all times
- As required other administrative tasks including assisting the Data Inputting Team
Person Specification:
- Experience working within a deadline driven administration role required
- Effectively able to work under pressure
- Able to work both within a team, and independently
- Time management and organisational skills are key
- Communication skills are key, must be experienced and confident with both written and telephone communication
- Proven experience in a related role such as Office Assistant, Receptionist or other relevant position
Salary is up to £26,000 per annum (DOE) plus benfits.
