Our Client, a well-established HR, H&S and Employment Law Consultancy based in Willenhall are looking for an experienced Administrator to join their team, initially employed on a 12 month contract to cover maternity. Starting salary of up to £22,500 (may be flexible based on experience.)
The successful candidate will be required to:-
- Reformat technical documentation provided by Consultants.
- Send welcome packs to new customers.
- Prepare and send renewal packs and documents.
- Book and appointments for Consultants to attend.
- Send training confirmation letters and certificates.
- Take minutes at staff meetings.
- Keep client records up to date.
- Send monthly newsletters.
- On-board hew clients.
- Answer phone.
- Complete general administrative duties, including; shredding, faxes, post.
- Meet and greet visitors, providing refreshments.
- Book travel and accommodation as required.
The ideal candidate will have:-
- Administration experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long standing business relationships.
- Strong IT skills.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
