Job description

The role involves:

  • Raising Purchase Orders.
  • Arranging deliveries.
  • Updating internal databases with order details (dates, suppliers, quantities etc).
  • Researching markets and new products.
  • Maintaining an extensive knowledge of company product portfolio.
  • Running reports and presenting data to Directors upon request.
  • Liaising with internal accounts, warehouse, transport and sales teams as well as suppliers and customers on a daily basis.
  • Working alongside logistics partners in order to track all stock movements on a global basis.
  • Managing an inventory of products.
  • Maintaining updated records of contracts and pricing.
  • General procurement team administration.
  • Carrying out any other reasonable task that maybe required from a senior manager or Director.

About you :

  • At least 1 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Driven and highly organised.
  • Thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment.
  • Superb communications skills.
  • Enjoys and works well with others.
  • Great interpersonal skills.
  • IT proficient with MS Office skills.
