The role involves:
- Raising Purchase Orders.
- Arranging deliveries.
- Updating internal databases with order details (dates, suppliers, quantities etc).
- Researching markets and new products.
- Maintaining an extensive knowledge of company product portfolio.
- Running reports and presenting data to Directors upon request.
- Liaising with internal accounts, warehouse, transport and sales teams as well as suppliers and customers on a daily basis.
- Working alongside logistics partners in order to track all stock movements on a global basis.
- Managing an inventory of products.
- Maintaining updated records of contracts and pricing.
- General procurement team administration.
- Carrying out any other reasonable task that maybe required from a senior manager or Director.
About you :
- At least 1 years' experience in a similar role.
- Driven and highly organised.
- Thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Superb communications skills.
- Enjoys and works well with others.
- Great interpersonal skills.
- IT proficient with MS Office skills.
