An opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join our Sales and Lettings Office on Grey Street, Newcastle City Centre.
As an Administrator you will be responsible for delivery of an excellent, consistent and responsive lettings administration service, including the creation of all tenancy paperwork to ensure full compliance.
If you have excellent communication and organisational skills, a team focused approach to work and are proficient in using IT systems, we want to hear from you.
About the role:
Within this role, you will be responsible for all tenancy related administration within our Lettings team, this includes;
- Completion of all tenancy referencing
- Drafting of the Tenancy Agreement and all legally compliant paperwork to meet time frames
- Prepare and complete Lettings files electronically, meeting deadlines agreed at the outset
- Ensure a welcoming and professional environment for all customers
- Assist in increasing and developing business and income levels across the Lettings department
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, policies, procedures and guidance
About you:
You’ll need:
- Exceptional administration, organisational and prioritisation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Advanced IT skill, particularly with Microsoft packages
- Understanding of what makes a difference in delivering excellent customer service
- Enthusiastic team player
- Excellent attention to detail
