Administrator
Based in South Croydon
15k (Part Time hours 10am-2pm 5 days a week)
We are working with a leading, UK contractor to find a successful and proactive Administrator based in South Croydon.
Working in the Social Housing sector, you will have the exciting opportunity to develop your customer service and organisational skills by tackling several different tasks at once. As an Administrator, you will support the branch with a variety of general admin suties.
We are looking for someone who enjoys a varied and busy role, and will be happy to support other team members where necessary.
As the Administrator, you will provide general administration support to the branch including; Processing Health & Safety and Compliance Paperwork, updating the Health & Safety Matrix, Administration for PAT Testing, calibration and PPE checks, raising/allocating purchase orders, dealing with incoming and outgoing post, ordering and monitoring of stationery/uniform/PPE/ID Cards, dealing with telephone enquiries and effectively maintaining of office files.
Further key elements of the role are to; support with managing waste data/transfer notes, composing and sending letters, maintaining the Asset Register and assisting with Planning of work, Fleet Management- Booking of services, MOT, Repairs, Accident Tracking, Processing of POS. Holiday -Processing of holiday requests and keeping records up to date. Payroll- Holiday and OOHS and overtime OOHS-logging all OOHS for the branch and recording of timesheets.

- Good communication skills (Both written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail
- Proven, solid administration skills
- Organised and efficient
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Previous experience of office working
- Positive work ethic
Desirable Criteria:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint
- Previous experience of compliance administration
This is a full time, permanent role.
