Job Title: Coordinator / Administrator - Premier Property Management Department
Location: Little Venice
Basic salary: Circa £25,000 + 5 % commission (DOE)
Hours: Full or part time will be considered|Monday - Friday | Ideally 30-40 hours a week, the successful candidate can structure their own working week
This role can be primarily remote based after successful completion of the initial training period.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a competent and capable individual to joinour hugely successfulProperty Management portfolio team in our Little Venice office. The main purpose of the role is to support the effective running of PMD (Premier Management) department by primarily being responsible for data input and communicating with liaising with utility suppliers regarding any bill queries to ensure accurate payments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer mainline and allocate calls accordingly
- Reduce the level of contractor debts through checking of weekly spreadsheet and dealing with any queries
- Keep thorough file notes of every action and conversation with suppliers, Landlords and Tenants
- Provide a same day typing service for department, including standard letters, check ins/outs and fee invoices
- Advise all utility companies of every Tenancy change
- Be responsible for updating the department statistics and liaising with the Finance department
- Arrange property visits for the department with the Tenants
- Chasing up service charge and final utility bills from the necessary agents and suppliers
- Manage check in / check out appointments for the start / end of each Tenancy and obtain end of Tenancy details from vacating tenants
- Participating fully in the buddy system in the absence of other team members
- Assist with producing monthly reports for portfolio Landlords
