Job Title: Sales Administrator
Location: Nursling
Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 DOE
Join a leading manufacturing company who are seeking a Sales Administrator within their friendly and dynamic Marine Sales department. We are looking for a driven and articulate individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with previous experience working within procurement or sales.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing sales orders efficiently and accurately.
- Generating and delivering quotations to clients promptly.
- Identifying and sourcing required parts for client's needs.
- Collaborating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Assisting clients with enquiries and requests, providing exceptional service at all times.
Experience & Skills Required:
- Prior experience in purchasing, sales order processing, or a similar administrative role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for updating spreadsheets.
- Ability to work independently and proactively, using own initiative to solve problems.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly organised, with a focus on maintaining efficient processes.
