This role involves assisting the Quality Assurance Manager and Quality Assurance Coordinator with day-to-day activities and providing administrative support relevant to the Quality Management System.

Role and Responsibilities:

The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Producing weekly and monthly reports for the QA & Compliance team
  • Assisting with diary management and setting up meetings
  • Administration of completed internal audits
  • Monitoring team inbox and directing queries as appropriate
  • Conducting internal QA audits across the business
  • Create and circulate bi-monthly team meeting minutes
  • Raise purchase orders
  • Assist with preparation and formatting of documentation for team members
  • Administration of online portals and ensuring compliance
  • Administration of business wide compliance e-learning platform
Experience and Skills Required:
  • Experience of working in a similar role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Ability to communicate with people at all levels of business
  • Proficient knowledge and demonstrable experience with all MS Office suite
  • Good at problem solving with a ‘get it done’ attitude
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Experience of administering management systems preferable
