Abatec are looking to recruit a Administrator / Planner Scheduler for our client based in Weston Super Mare.
The Scheduler will be responsible for allocating all work streams to the teams, taking into consideration location, capabilities, maximum productivity as well as customer and client needs.
The experience we’re looking for in a candidate:

- Excellent communication skills and professional telephone manner
- A positive and enthusiastic approach to work
- Good organisational skills
- The ability to work well under pressure
The Planner/Scheduler will be responsible for:
- Contacting customers by phone or email to arrange appointments
- Ensuring workloads are scheduled productively each day.
- Scheduling emergency works efficiently and in line with customer requirements.
- Management of completion packs and job sign off as appropriate
- Ensure compliance with project timelines and deadlines
The Scheduler will work within a busy team taking responsibility for the planning and scheduling of our technicians.
This is a full time Mon – Fri opportunity.
Due to the location of the offices you must have your own transport to get to and from site.
