Purpose
Providing secretarial and administrative support mainly to the partners and client facing teams.
Responsibilities
Main Duties
• Formatting correspondence and ensuring all documentation is produced to an excellent standard. This may include audio typing.
• Using in-house document management software - training will be given.
• Reception duties; welcoming visitors and staff.
• Answering the telephone and taking accurate messages ensuring they are actioned and/or received by the correct recipient.
• Administration of Company Secretarial software and completion of tasks - training will be given.
• Dealing with ad hoc requests for a wide range of support functions.
• Provide cover for all admin tasks as required including:
o Photocopying and scanning of records.
o Maintaining control lists.
o Processing incoming and outgoing mail.
o Support for property maintenance.
o Assistance to marketing team.
Hours
• 30 to 36.25 hours per week.
Experience
Essential
- Computer literate, experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Adobe MS Teams.
- Typing speed of 55 words per minute or more.
- Familiar with document formatting and layout tools in Word.
- Office tasks including printing, scanning, record keeping, dealing with post.
- Call answering and message taking.
- Reception duties.
Desirable
- Comfortable with software and learning new apps Database maintenance tasks
- Familiar with Company Secretarial documents
Attainments
Essential
- GCSE or equivalent Mathematics and English

- NVQ or similar in relevant skills
