Administrator - Temp to Perm
An exciting opportunity has arisen to work for one of my clients based in Letchworth Garden City. We are currently seeking an administrator with exceptional planning and organisational abilities who is eager to start as soon as possible.
The role requires the ability to thrive under pressure, using initiative to prioritise work effectively. Attention to detail and a polished telephone manner are integral to this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing fleet vehicles, servicing and licences etc.
- Site drawing management including database management, printing and distribution.
- Site set up and Operations and Maintenance Manuals.
- Dealing with post and parcels both in and outgoing and all reception duties.
- Website and social media management
- General office housekeeping and administration.
- Updating contact lists and typing reports/letters.
- Managing stationary and PPE supplies.
- Management and liaison with Site Statutory serves providers.
- Other ad hoc duties may be required.
The successful candidate will have:
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- A "can do" attitude with a positive, patient, and assertive nature.
- Competent in Word, Outlook and Excel with willingness to learn new systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and use own initiative to prioritise workload
- Attention to detail and good telephone manner required.
- Full UK Driving Licence required
