Offering an hourly rate to reflect an annual salary of £26k, you will gain an opportunity to work hybrid (two days in the office and three days from home), and above all join a friendly team, where working together is key.
The Role:
Working as a one stop point of contact to clients and external sales teams, you will assist with all queries as well as assisting with all agreements, onboarding and invoice payments queries.
You will need to be organised with excellent attention to detail, be keen to learn processes and enjoy working in an ever-changing environment. Happy to be communicating with external contacts via the phone and in writing, you will enjoy representing the business and building strong relationships.
An enjoyment working with figures, and being numerically minded is a must.
Duties:
* Ensure clients questions and queries are resolved
* Provide statements to clients
* Provide account servicing amendments
* Payment management, refunds and direct debits
* Administrator settlement and early termination
* End of agreements maintenance
