About the role
Administrators play an important part in the smooth running of our homes. They are the face of the home, the problem solver, the
friendly voice on the other side of the phone. We are looking for talented, organised, approachable people to support our Home
Managers with a range of administration duties, from handing paperwork, managing the home’s diary to processing mail and invoices.
With great attention to detail, verbal and written communication skills and a good level of IT skills, our Administrators work
with the rest of the team to ensure our high standards are maintained.
