Job Title: AdministratorLocation: Warrington (WA4 6PS)Salary: GBP25,000 per annumShifts: Monday- Friday 08:00- 16:00Contract Type: 12 months FTCOur client who are the world's leading recycler of aluminium are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join their team.Working in a small team you will be responsible for administrative tasks including requesting quotes, managing incoming reports, and using SAP systems.As an Administrator your duties will be;" Raising SAP requisitions." SAP Goods receipt and processing invoices." Requesting quotations from suppliers." Manging the incoming reports from completed jobs ensuring they are auditable i.e., fire alarm checks, extinguisher checks, emergency lighting, etc." Other general administrative duties.The successful Administrator will have the following skills;" Must have at least 12 months experience within an administrative position." Proficient with Microsoft packages such as Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint." Well organised, good communication and excellent time management." Work well as part of team as well as on own initiative.Please note, this position is for 12 months.
