Administrators needed! MUST HAVE DBS.

3x admin support officers for a period of 5-6 weeks, to:

• Redact personal details.


• Save the files as new PDFs.


• Rename the files according to the council’s web team guidance to improve customer journey. a scanning company or print services to scan to manage the hard copies. These need to be: Scanned and sent as PDFs to the local plan inbox.

Alternatively, saved on a USB stick or in a Teams folder with a specified file name.

2 years admin experience preferred.

Succesful candidates will be contacted so please have all your ID documents, right to work, and all other documentation ready as I will require these asap.

Start date: 01/07/2024

End date: 09/08/2024

9-5 Monday to Friday - NOT remote

Pay rate: PAYE £16PH or £19.56 Umbrella
