We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented administrator to join our client who are based in Stratford . The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and have a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the company’s database of suppliers and customers
- Process orders and invoices
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints
- Schedule and coordinate deliveries
- Provide administrative support to the management team
Ideally you will have/be:
- Proven experience as an administrator or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
