Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing general administrative support, answering and directing phone calls, managing calendars and appointments, arranging travel, and performing clerical tasks such as data entry and filing.

- Excellent Administrative Assistance skills
- Exceptional Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance
- Proficient with Clerical Skills such as data entry and filing
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Experience in the construction or real estate industry is a plus
